The Claregate Method Astrology Workshop

The Esoteric Astrology for Beginners Workshop in Florida in mid-March, 2016 was a huge success! Ten budding esoteric astrologers learned the basics of how astrology works, as well as the differences between traditional and esoteric astrology.

This 2-day Workshop was a collaboration between SkyDance Astrology (Charlene Johnson, instructor) and The Claregate Trust (Karyn Hill, The Claregate Method instructor).

A free public lecture was conducted on Friday evening, presenting the background of esoteric astrology, known now as the New Astrology as introduced by Dr Douglas Baker in 1977 at Claregate College, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, England. Saturday was an in-depth discussion of the basics of the 12 Houses, 12 Signs and 12 Planets around the Zodiac, including describing the two new Planetary Rulerships of the New Astrology vs. traditional astrology. The highlight on Sunday was an introduction to The Claregate Method, a specific form of interpretation created by Dr Baker simultaneously with his introduction of the New Astrology.

Despite having little or no prior knowledge of traditional astrology, by the end of Sunday’s session the students had enthusiastically embraced The Claregate Method. They each received Certificate of Completion, issued by The Claregate Trust.

There is no question that the Workshop was a success, and everyone awaits the next step in their journey to learn the New Astrology and to decode their own Soul’s Purpose.

If you would like us to bring the Claregate Method workshop to your group, then just get in touch and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities:  Email: contact@claregatemethod.org

I have used aspects of my natal chart to do mandala art therapy and worked with the Baker dictionary for parsing. I am sure the new app will be of great assistance.
